- Monitor and manage the support being provided
- Know who the lead contacts are in each team and keep in contact with them
- Review results and check how they relate to agreed action plans
- Define and run reports based on the data contained in the system

In addition to showing results for each family, the system supports wider management by enabling users to monitor results by team and the type of activities and events being offered.
