Lee Coupland
Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer
Driven by a passion for creating software solutions that bring about positive change, Lee plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's technical vision and leading its innovation. Among his many achievements, Lee developed Sentinel's core data platform and complementary solutions including Supporting Families and Data Masking.
Lee brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Sentinel Partners, with a successful career as an IT consultant for industry-leading firms such as Goldman Sachs, PwC, Accenture and the Law Society.
Graham McCusker
Co- Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Graham shapes the company's strategic direction and oversees business operations. He is responsible for the daily operations of the company, managing client relationships and presales initiatives. Amongst his many achievements, Graham created the first SAP insurance module while at PWC, which later became an industry-standard.
He brings a rich professional background in management consulting at renowned firms like PWC, Unilever and IBM. Graham has a wealth of experience leading ERP system implementations, global process redesign projects and complex data integration solutions.
