‘Incredible’ Sentinel praised for its focus on quality
Sentinel has achieved two new ISO certifications, with its commitment to continuous improvement earning high praise.
In awarding the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, certification body ISO Quality Services described Sentinel as “an absolutely incredible company to work with”.
Account manager, Kerrie Radburn, added: “The team should be very proud of the hard work and commitment that has gone into their certification journey.”
ISO 27001 recognises Sentinel’s best-practice approach to handling B2B data while ISO 9001 highlights the quality management principles that underpin its operations.
Lead auditor, Julia Meaden, recognised the team’s “full commitment”, explaining that all recommendations were implemented to a high standard with many actions completed ahead of schedule.
“Their professional approach made them a joy to work with,” she added.
“They have a real focus on continuous improvement, and I have no doubt that they will continue to build on the approaches that they have put in place.”
Sentinel’s Smitha Naveen, who managed the certification process, explained that ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 were key to the company’s strategic direction and its ongoing focus on quality.
“Led by our directors, everyone is fully committed to achieving the highest standards in client service, staff welfare and training,” she added.
“Our aim is to meet, and wherever possible exceed, the needs and expectations of our customers. The company’s quality management and security management systems set out the framework for achieving this.”
