Our quality culture combines an agile approach with adherence to processes and standards, including those of our clients.

  • ISO 9001: 2015 which guides and recognises the quality management principles that underpin our activities
  • ISO 27001: 2013 which recognises our best-practice approach to handling B2B data
  • Cyber Essentials - the Government-backed, industry-supported scheme that recognises organisations' cyber security measures.

A collaborative approach to compliance

Our systems help clients by bringing personal data together to form an accurate, holistic view which improves their understanding of individuals and families who need support.

They also improve collaboration by enabling relevant data to be shared between partner agencies that are involved in delivering support services.

We are fully aware of the data protection obligations that accompany the use of our software and we are always on hand to advise and work with our clients to ensure the compliance of the solutions we deliver.

This includes ensuring there is a clear and lawful purpose for processing and sharing personal data, and that this is done fairly and transparently, whilst maintaining the security and integrity of the data at all times.
